You have heard it said,

“It’s not whether you win or lose but it's how you play the game”.

But, winning is everything.

It’s true that if you cheat to win that’s a lousy way

to play the game and no one wants to win that way.

Because that’s really not winning, it’s called cheating.

There are really no winners or losers if someone cheats.

But, if you have ever played the game without cheating,

Without getting upset, without being a poor sport,

Without losing your cool, without cussing and complaining,

Or played any other way than playing the game

fair and square and on the up and up and have still lost,

You are left with a sense of emptiness.

Now, it is true, these qualities of playing fair are always admired

and in that sense everybody can be considered a winner

and everybody should continue to play the game that way,

but there is one team or individual who truly gets the trophy

and the 1st place prize award and the others do not.

So you see, winning every time really means winning is everything.

Let this be explained from a Biblical point of view:

I Corinthians 13:8  States: Love never fails.

  Deduction: Love always succeeds (wins).

I John 4:8 at the end of the verse states: …God is Love.

Conclusion: God (love) always succeeds (wins)

Ephesians 4:6  states:  One God and Father of all,

  who is above all,

  and through all,

  and in you all.

Deduction: God is the father of everyone,

who is above, through and in everything a person lives for.

Colossians 1:16 states of God that: For by him were all things created,

that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible,

whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers:

all things were created by him, and for him:

Revelation 4:11 at the end of the verse states: “Lord God Almighty”

has created all things, and for His pleasure they are and were created.

Conclusion: God created everything for His own reason and pleasure.

Love always wins.

God equals Love.

Love is involved with everyone.

Love created everything.

John 10:30 states (Jesus speaking): I and my Father are one.

Deduction: Jesus Christ is saying he is equal with God.

Since he is equal, He too is God. Do you believe this?

See also John 5:18, Ephesians 1:20-23

Colossians 3:4 states: When Christ, who is our life, shall appear,

then shall you also appear with him in glory.

Conjecture: Christ (God) is the 1st Place award in a person’s life.

  Synopsis: Winning is God's Love.

  God is always loving.

  Love is always winning.

  Everything is of God.

God is a part of everything.

  Winning is everything!

I Corinthians 8:6  states: But to us there is but one God, the Father,

  of whom are all things,

  and we in him;

  and one Lord Jesus Christ,

whom are all things, and we by him.

We are by everything in God and everything in the Lord Jesus Christ.

I John 5:4 states: For whatsoever is born of God overcomes the world:

and this is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith.

Conjecture: If a person is born of God…

He or She wins! This is better than anything else in the world.

I John 5:5 asks the question and states: Who is he that overcomes the

world, but he that believes that Jesus is the Son of God?

  Question: How do you win?

Answer: By believing that Jesus is the Son of God!

John 1:12 states: But as many as received him (Jesus Christ the Word),

to them gave he power to become the children of God,

even to them that believe on his name:

  By rejection and unbelief,

not everyone wants God to be their Father

nor Jesus Christ to be their brother.

Question: Won’t you receive and believe Jesus Christ today?

You can receive Him by praying to Him right now and asking Him

To save you because you believe He will hear you and answer you

And that the answer will be “Yes”, He will save you.

By faith, it is as simple as that!

You are a winner, it means everything.
